Why aren’t prices published yet?
We would rather set them with real customers than guess. Early-access organisations help shape the plans and what goes into them.
What does early access cost?
We agree terms with each early-access organisation before you start. Get in touch and we will talk it through.
Do I need my own AI subscription?
The in-app assistant uses an API key you provide from a supported AI provider, and the Claude connector works with your own Claude client. You pay those providers directly, under your agreements with them.
Does KloudForm certify my business?
No. KloudForm helps you prepare and keep evidence. Certificates are issued by the relevant certification body, and packs are guidance, not legal or audit advice.
Where is my data kept?
The desktop app keeps your data in a database on your own machine. For the hosted web app, we will confirm hosting arrangements with you during onboarding.
